It startedwith a question.
Why do some people build things that last, while most build things that fade? That question has followed me since I was young, and it is the reason I chose to build rather than watch.
The early chapters were unglamorous: experiments that went nowhere, ideas that arrived too early, and the slow discovery that discipline beats inspiration almost every time. Every failed attempt sharpened the standard.
I am still at the beginning. That is precisely why I am writing it down now — so the record is honest, not reconstructed later from memory.
